Karen DeMamiel
My name is Karen DeMamiel. I am an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor. My fitness background includes children's snowboard instructor, stroller fitness instructor, Indoor cycle instructor, and group fitness instructor . Since 2019 I have been a homeschool mom and have enjoyed leading hikes and other fitness-related activities for our homeschool friends. I feel so blessed that God has gifted me the passion for fitness and helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I love to help others have fun through fitness.
I am a wife and mom of two kids. When I am not homeschooling or taking care of my garden or animals, I enjoy snowboarding, paddleboarding, hiking and running.
