In this class our students will be learning the steps of making, decorating and eventually packaging a variety of confectionary treats. A sneak peek of some of the treats we will be making are; candied apples, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and more. I have been baking for over 16 years and am looking forward to teaching what I have learned to the next generation of amazing bakers. Students will be engaged in every step of the process and will learn to safely use kitchen equipment and techniques in the treat world.
