Running Club: All abilities are welcome in this running club. Students will learn to set fitness goals and work toward achieving them. Each class will focus on speed, distance, conditioning, and/or endurance training in an encouraging atmosphere. Self esteem, nutrition, and the importance of taking care of our bodies long term will be discussed. For the runners wanting to compete there will be oppurtunities to run some local 5ks as a team (fees for these runs are not included in the class fee).
Tuition is $160 a semester
