Human Anatomy helps students understand that they are fearfully and wonderfully made! Using the Apologia curriculum, the class will explore 14 units, from cellular level to complex body systems. Class time will include activities and experiments each month, and discussions covering everything from skinned knees to nutritional needs in developing nations. Students will come away from their studies with a deeper understanding of not only how God created their own body works but of how health impacts our world.
We will have lots of fun with games, treasure box, trivia, experiments, and dissections. We'll dissect a chicken wing, a cow's eyes, a sheep's heart and more. We'll spend time looking at things under the microscope too. It's a fun, hands on class. Hope you can join me!
